Luna Setup
Follow the directions below to setup V-Control Pro with Luna. There are 4 different configurations available depending on control surface layout.
- Launch V-Control Pro
- Launch Luna
- In the Luna top menu bar select: Luna/Preferences...
- In the preferences window with the Settings showing, select Controllers
Here is how to setup Luna for 8 channel surfaces through V-Control Pro such as Command|8, a ProControl Main Unit, V-Console.
Select the following for the MIDI Control Surfaces:
- Input Device: V-Control
- Output Device: V-Control
Click on the box in the On column to enable control.
Here is how to setup Luna for 16 channel surfaces through V-Control Pro such as a ProControl Main Unit and 1 Faderpack, or V-Console 16.
Select the following for the MIDI Control Surfaces:
- Input Device: V-Control
- Output Device: V-Control
- Input Device: V-Control XT2
- Output Device: V-Control XT2
Click on the boxes in the On column to enable control.
Here is how to setup Luna for 24 channel surfaces through V-Control Pro such as the Control|24>, C|24, ProControl Main with 2 Faderpacks.
Select the following for the MIDI Control Surfaces:
- Input Device: V-Control
- Output Device: V-Control
- Input Device: V-Control XT2
- Output Device: V-Control XT2
- Input Device: V-Control XT3
- Output Device: V-Control XT3
Click on the boxes in the On column to enable control.
Here is how to setup Luna for 32 channel surfaces through V-Control Pro such as the ProControl Main with 3 Faderpacks.
Select the following for the MIDI Control Surfaces:
- Input Device: V-Control
- Output Device: V-Control
- Input Device: V-Control XT2
- Output Device: V-Control XT2
- Input Device: V-Control XT3
- Output Device: V-Control XT3
- Input Device: V-Control XT4
- Output Device: V-Control XT4
Click on the boxes in the On column to enable control.
V-Control Pro and Luna should now have bidirectional communication.
