After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB25-1328 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 9(b) $11,605 for operating expenses; and
Page 1, Line 10(c) $12,540 for general professional services and special projects.
Page 1, Line 11(2) For the 2025-26 state fiscal year, the general assembly
Page 1, Line 12anticipates that the department of health care policy and financing will
Page 1, Line 13receive $220,424 in federal funds to implement this act, which amount is
Page 1, Line 14subject to the "(I)" notation as defined in the annual general appropriation
Page 1, Line 15act for the same fiscal year. The appropriation in subsection (1) of this
Page 1, Line 16section is based on the assumption that the department will receive this
Page 1, Line 17amount of federal funds to be used as follows:
Page 1, Line 18(a) $95,959 for personal services;
Page 1, Line 19(b) $11,605 for operating expenses; and
Page 1, Line 20(c) $112,860 for general professional services and special
Page 1, Line 21projects.
Page 1, Line 22(2) For the 2025-26 state fiscal year, $168,459 is appropriated to
Page 1, Line 23the department of labor and employment for use by the division of labor
Page 1, Line 24standards and statistics. This appropriation is from the general fund, and
Page 1, Line 25is based on an assumption that the division will require an additional 1.6
