After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-048 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 3(1) Except as provided in subsection (2) of this section, to implement this

Page 1, Line 6department for use by the office of the child's representative for court-
Page 1, Line 7appointed counsel is decreased by $7,125.
