Joint Budget Committee. The bill requires the state treasurer to transfer $6 million from the general fund to the hazardous substance response fund on July 1, 2025.

Page 2, Line 4sources - use - repeal. (1) (g) (I) On July 1, 2025, the state
Page 2, Line 5treasurer shall transfer six million dollars from the general fund to the hazardous substance response fund.
Page 2, Line 6(II) This subsection (1)(g) is repealed, effective July 1, 2026.
