After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1005 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 6labor and employment for use by the division of labor standards and

Page 1, Line 9(2) Subsection (1) of this section does not require a reduction of

Page 1, Line 25case section 5 takes effect upon the effective date of this act or of the
Page 1, Line 26annual general appropriation act for state fiscal year 2026-27, whichever
