Page 3, Line 5Colorado telephone users with disabilities fund created in section 40-17-

Page 3, Line 6104 (1), C.R.S. To implement this act, the commission may use this

Page 3, Line 7appropriation for transfer to the reading services for the blind cash fund.

Page 3, Line 8(2)  For the 2025-26 state fiscal year, $250,000 is appropriated to

Page 3, Line 9the department of education for use by library programs. This

Page 3, Line 10appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the department

Page 3, Line 11of regulatory agencies under subsection (1) of this section. To implement

Page 3, Line 12this act, library programs may use this appropriation for reading services

Page 3, Line 13for the blind.

Page 3, Line 14(3)  For the 2025-26 state fiscal year, $4,958,625 is appropriated

Page 3, Line 15to the department of human services. This appropriation is from the

Page 3, Line 16Colorado division for the deaf, hard of hearing, and deafblind cash fund

Page 3, Line 17created in section 26-21-107 (1), C.R.S. To implement this act, the

Page 3, Line 18department may use this appropriation as follows:

Page 3, Line 19(a)  $4,891,755 for the communication services for people with

Page 3, Line 20disabilities enterprise, which amount is based on an assumption that the

Page 3, Line 21enterprise will require an additional 3.0 FTE; and

Page 3, Line 22(b)  $66,870 for the purchase of legal services.

Page 3, Line 23(4)  For the 2025-26 state fiscal year, $66,870 is appropriated to

Page 3, Line 24the department of law. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds

Page 3, Line 25received from the department of human services under subsection (3)(b)

Page 3, Line 26of this section and is based on an assumption that the department of law

Page 3, Line 27will require an additional 0.3 FTE. To implement this act, the department

Page 3, Line 28of law may use this appropriation to provide legal services for the

Page 3, Line 29department of human services.

Page 3, Line 30SECTION 32.  Effective date. This act takes effect upon passage;

Page 3, Line 31except that section 30 of this act takes effect only if the annual general

Page 3, Line 32appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year becomes law, in which

Page 3, Line 33case section 30 takes effect upon the effective date of this act or of the

Page 3, Line 34annual general appropriation act for state fiscal year 2025-26, whichever

Page 3, Line 35is later.".
