After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:

SB26-054     be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the consent calendar:

Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 2, line 10, strike "November 1, 2026," and

Page 1, Line 2substitute "January 1, 2027,".
