Page 2, Line 5general appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the
Page 2, Line 6department of higher education for use by the Colorado commission on
Page 2, Line 7higher education and higher education special purpose programs for the inclusive higher education grant program is decreased by $450,000.
Page 2, Line 8SECTION 3. Effective date. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
