Page 1, Line 16insurance information received from any driver, within five days of

Page 1, Line 17after the time they receive such the information or complete their

Page 1, Line 18investigation. If a participant in a crash dies within thirty days

Page 1, Line 19after the crash as a result of an injury sustained in the crash,

Page 1, Line 20the law enforcement officer who was notified of or investigated

Page 1, Line 21the crash shall submit an amended report to the department

Page 1, Line 22within five days after receiving notification of the death. The

Page 1, Line 23law enforcement officer shall indicate in such the report whether the

Page 1, Line 24inflatable restraint system in the vehicle, if any, inflated and deployed in

Page 1, Line 25the accident crash. For the purposes of this section, "inflatable restraint

Page 1, Line 26system" has the same meaning as set forth in 49 CFR sec. 507.208
