After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1133 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 4(a) The "Traveling Animal Protection Act", section 33-1-126,
Page 1, Line 5Colorado Revised Statutes, prohibits certain uses of specific animals but
Page 1, Line 6does not prohibit the use of livestock or equine in any way; and
Page 1, Line 7(b) Nothing in this act prohibits the transportation of livestock or
Page 1, Line 8equine within or into the state.".
Page 1, Line 9Renumber succeeding sections accordingly.
Page 1, Line 10Page 2, lines 12 and 13, strike "environmental education".
