After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1428 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the consent calendar:
Page 1, Line 1Amend reengrossed bill, page 4, line 6, strike "assessments;" and
Page 1, Line 2substitute "assessments, including the number and percentage of
