Page 4, Line 41(III)  Access to the event premises is limited through

Page 5, Line 1(IV)  The event complies with the law of Colorado and the

Page 5, Line 2local jurisdiction. The applicable law includes:

Page 5, Line 3(A)  Applicable noise, odor, and air-quality laws;

Page 5, Line 4(B)  The "Colorado Clean Indoor Air Act", part 2 of

Page 5, Line 5article 14 of title 25; and

Page 5, Line 6(C)  Applicable ventilation or open-air rules adopted by

Page 5, Line 10(I)  The local licensing authority that issues a temporary

Page 5, Line 11marijuana hospitality event permit is responsible for the

Page 5, Line 12regulatory oversight of licensee activities exercised pursuant

Page 5, Line 13to an approved temporary marijuana hospitality event permit.

Page 5, Line 14The local licensing authority may take an enforcement action

Page 5, Line 15as authorized in section 44-10-901 or a local ordinance against

Page 5, Line 16a temporary marijuana hospitality event permit or the license of

Page 5, Line 17the permit holder for a violation that concerns the permit or

Page 5, Line 18that takes place at the temporary marijuana hospitality event.

Page 5, Line 19(II)  The state licensing authority shall not adopt rules
