Page 3, Line 28public-private partnership agreement for which the value is

Page 3, Line 29equal to fifty thousand dollars. The office shall notify the

Page 3, Line 30revisor of statutes in writing of the date on which the condition

Page 3, Line 31specified in this subsection (11)(a) has occurred by emailing the

Page 3, Line 32notice to revisorofstatutes.ga@coleg.gov. Subsections (2), (4),

Page 3, Line 33(5), (6), (7), (8), and (9) of this section take effect upon the date

Page 3, Line 34identified in the notice that the commission has received fifty

Page 3, Line 35thousand dollars of gifts, grants, or donations, or an in-kind

Page 3, Line 36donation as part of a public-private partnership agreement for

Page 3, Line 37which the value is equal to fifty thousand dollars, for the

Page 3, Line 38purposes of this section or, if the notice does not specify that

Page 3, Line 39date, upon the date of the notice to the revisor of statutes.

Page 3, Line 40(b)  This section is repealed, effective July 1, 2027; except

Page 4, Line 1that, if the revisor of statutes receives notice pursuant to this

Page 4, Line 2section, then this section is repealed, effective one year after

Page 4, Line 3the requirements of subsection (7) of this section are satisfied.".
