Page 2, Line 11enactment of the Victims' Rights Amendment in the Colorado
Page 2, Line 12Constitution, which passed on November 3, 1992, with the approval of 82% of Colorado voters; now, therefore,

Page 2, Line 14Be It Resolved by the House of Representatives of the Seventy-fifth General Assembly of the State of Colorado, the Senate concurring herein:
