After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-174 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:
Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 2, line 14, strike "(a) Traditional" and
Page 1, Line 2substitute "(a) Consistent with rules adopted by the Colorado
