After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1306 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 5(2) (a) (I) State money in the fund is continuously appropriated to
Page 1, Line 6the department for use by the wild horse project to implement and

Page 1, Line 8(II) (A) Notwithstanding subsection (2)(a)(I) of this
Page 1, Line 9section, the state money in the fund is subject to the transfers
Page 1, Line 10described in section 42-3-272 (4)(b)(II).

Page 1, Line 13(6) (a) The wild horse license plate account is created in
