Resolution Summary

(Note: This summary applies to this resolution as introduced and does not reflect any amendments that may be subsequently adopted. If approved by a vote of at least 55% of the voters of the state voting on the issue at the 2026 general election, the concurrent resolution prohibits a person from being a state representative or senator for a term of office that immediately follows a term for which the person was appointed to fill a vacancy in the general assembly for that office.
