Page 1, Line 10Drinking Water Project Eligibility List; and

Page 2, Line 1WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.8 (4)(b), Colorado
Page 2, Line 2Revised Statutes, the Water Quality Control Commission (Commission)
Page 2, Line 3has developed additions, modifications, and deletions to the Drinking
Page 2, Line 4Water Project Eligibility List; and

Page 2, Line 6WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.6, Colorado Revised
Page 2, Line 7Statutes, the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) has been
Page 2, Line 8created in the Authority to provide financial assistance for certain
Page 2, Line 9wastewater treatment system projects; and
Page 2, Line 10
Page 2, Line 11WHEREAS, Pursuant to sections 37-95-103 (13.5) and
Page 2, Line 1237-95-107.6 (4)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, in order to qualify for
Page 2, Line 13assistance from the WPCRF, proposed projects must be included on the
Page 2, Line 14Water Pollution Control Project Eligibility List; and

Page 2, Line 18modifications, and deletions to the Water Pollution Control Project

Page 2, Line 21WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the DWRF
Page 2, Line 22and the WPCRF to the proposed projects will preserve, protect, conserve,
Page 2, Line 23and develop the water resources of the state; promote the beneficial use
Page 2, Line 24of the waters of the state and the protection and preservation of the public
Page 2, Line 25health, safety, and welfare; create and preserve jobs and employment
Page 2, Line 26opportunities; and improve the economic welfare of the people of the
