Page 3, Line 38(2)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, the general assembly

Page 3, Line 39anticipates that the department of health care policy and financing will

Page 3, Line 40receive $1,751,732 in federal funds for medical and long-term care

Page 3, Line 41services for medicaid eligible individuals to implement this act. The

Page 4, Line 1(3)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $3,503,464 is appropriated

Page 4, Line 31(2)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $684,052 is appropriated to

Page 4, Line 32the department of human services for use by the behavioral health

Page 4, Line 33administration. This appropriation is from the general fund. To implement

Page 4, Line 34this act, the administration may use this appropriation as follows:

Page 4, Line 35(a)  $284,052 for program administration, which amount is based

Page 5, Line 16SECTION 52.  Appropriation. (1)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal

Page 5, Line 17year, $270,017 is appropriated to the department of human services. This

Page 5, Line 18appropriation is from the general fund. To implement this act, the

Page 5, Line 19department may use this appropriation for the purchase of legal services.

Page 5, Line 20(2)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $270,017 is appropriated to

Page 5, Line 21the department of law. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds

Page 5, Line 22received from the department of human services under subsection (1) of

Page 5, Line 23this section and is based on an assumption that the department of law will

Page 5, Line 24require an additional 1.1 FTE. To implement this act, the department of

Page 5, Line 25law may use this appropriation to provide legal services for the

Page 5, Line 26department of human services.

Page 5, Line 27SECTION 53.  Appropriation. (1)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal

Page 5, Line 28year, $52,644 is appropriated to the department of human services. This

Page 5, Line 29appropriation is from the general fund. To implement this act, the

Page 5, Line 30department may use this appropriation for the purchase of information

Page 5, Line 31technology services.

Page 5, Line 32(2)  For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $52,644 is appropriated to

Page 5, Line 33the office of the governor for use by the office of information technology.

Page 5, Line 34This appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the

Page 5, Line 35department of human services under subsection (1) of this section. To

Page 5, Line 36implement this act, the office may use this appropriation to provide

Page 5, Line 37information technology services for the department of human services.".
