Page 2, Line 22025-26 state fiscal year, $3,577,898 is appropriated to the department of
Page 2, Line 3human services for use by office of civil and forensic mental health. This
Page 2, Line 4appropriation is from the capital construction fund created in section 24-
Page 2, Line 575-302 (1)(a), C.R.S. To implement this act, the office may use this

Page 3, Line 9the office will require an additional 5.5 FTE. To implement this act, the

Page 3, Line 16assumption that the office will request an additional 4.3 FTE; and

Page 3, Line 19year, $133,795 is appropriated to the department of health care policy and
Page 3, Line 20financing for use by the executive director's office. This appropriation is
Page 3, Line 21from the general fund and is based on an assumption that the department
Page 3, Line 22will require an additional 3.0 FTE. To implement this act, the department
Page 3, Line 23may use this appropriation for personal services.
Page 3, Line 24(2) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, the general assembly
Page 3, Line 25anticipates that the department of health care policy and financing will
Page 3, Line 26receive $133,794 in federal funds for personal services to implement this
Page 3, Line 27act. The appropriation in subsection (1) of this section is based on the
Page 3, Line 28assumption that the department will receive this amount of federal funds,
Page 3, Line 29which is subject to the "(I)" notation as defined in the annual general
Page 3, Line 30appropriation act for the same fiscal year.
Page 3, Line 31SECTION 50. Appropriation. (1) For the 2026-27 state fiscal
Page 3, Line 32year, $1,751,732 is appropriated to the department of health care policy
Page 3, Line 33and financing. This appropriation is from the general fund, which is
Page 3, Line 34subject to the "(M)" notation as defined in the annual general
Page 3, Line 35appropriation act for the same fiscal year. To implement this act, the
Page 3, Line 36department may use this appropriation for medical and long-term care
Page 3, Line 37services for medicaid eligible individuals.
Page 3, Line 38(2) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, the general assembly
Page 3, Line 39anticipates that the department of health care policy and financing will
Page 3, Line 40receive $1,751,732 in federal funds for medical and long-term care
Page 3, Line 41services for medicaid eligible individuals to implement this act. The
Page 3, Line 42appropriation in subsection (1) of this section is based on the assumption
Page 3, Line 43that the department will receive this amount of federal funds.
Page 4, Line 1(3) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $3,503,464 is appropriated
Page 4, Line 2to the department of human services. This appropriation is from
Page 4, Line 3reappropriated funds received from the department of health care policy

Page 4, Line 31(2) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $684,052 is appropriated to
Page 4, Line 32the department of human services for use by the behavioral health
Page 4, Line 33administration. This appropriation is from the general fund. To implement
Page 4, Line 34this act, the administration may use this appropriation as follows:

Page 5, Line 19department may use this appropriation for the purchase of legal services.
Page 5, Line 20(2) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $270,017 is appropriated to
Page 5, Line 21the department of law. This appropriation is from reappropriated funds
Page 5, Line 22received from the department of human services under subsection (1) of
Page 5, Line 23this section and is based on an assumption that the department of law will
Page 5, Line 24require an additional 1.1 FTE. To implement this act, the department of
Page 5, Line 25law may use this appropriation to provide legal services for the
Page 5, Line 26department of human services.
Page 5, Line 27SECTION 53. Appropriation. (1) For the 2026-27 state fiscal
Page 5, Line 28year, $52,644 is appropriated to the department of human services. This
Page 5, Line 29appropriation is from the general fund. To implement this act, the
Page 5, Line 30department may use this appropriation for the purchase of information
Page 5, Line 31technology services.
Page 5, Line 32(2) For the 2026-27 state fiscal year, $52,644 is appropriated to
Page 5, Line 33the office of the governor for use by the office of information technology.
Page 5, Line 34This appropriation is from reappropriated funds received from the
Page 5, Line 35department of human services under subsection (1) of this section. To
Page 5, Line 36implement this act, the office may use this appropriation to provide
Page 5, Line 37information technology services for the department of human services.".
