Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. Appropriation to the department of early childhood for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024. In Session Laws of Colorado 2024, section 2 of chapter 519, (HB 24-1430), amend Part III as follows:
