Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:
SECTION 1. Appropriation to the department of agriculture for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2024. In Session Laws of Colorado 2024, section 2 of chapter 519, (HB 24-1430), amend Part I as follows:

1Department of Agriculture, Commissioner's Office and Administrative Services, Operating Expenses -- It is the General Assembly's intent that $207,099 General Fund of this appropriation be used for the implementation of a Human Resources and Business Operations solution within OnBase. This appropriation remains available for expenditure until the completion of the project or the close of the 2026-27 state fiscal year, whichever comes first.
2Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Services, Conservation Services Division -- It is the General Assembly's intent that $500,000 General Fund of this appropriation be disbursed for grants for renewable energy and energy efficiency projects. This appropriation remains available until the close of the 06-7 state fiscal year.
