After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1320 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:
Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 2, line 3, strike "(3)(h)" and substitute "(3)(h);
Page 1, Line 2and add (3)(h.5)".
