After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-104 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:
Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 3, line 1, strike "2028," and substitute "2030,".
Page 1, Line 2Page 3, after line 15 insert:
Page 1, Line 3"(d) This subsection (2) does not require a local education
