After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:

HB25-1061   be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 23, strike line 1 and substitute "39-29-110 for purposes of this section.

Page 1, Line 3(c)  Of the total funds described in subsections (7)(a) and

Page 1, Line 5the funds it receives for the grant program to pay for the direct

Page 1, Line 6and indirect costs of administering the grant program.".
