Page 2, Line 10WHEREAS, Negotiations for a fair and reciprocal bilateral trade
Page 2, Line 11agreement between Taiwan and the United States are an important step
Page 2, Line 12toward further strengthening of bilateral trade and mutual investment between Colorado and Taiwan; and

Page 2, Line 14WHEREAS, Pressure from the People's Republic of China has
Page 2, Line 15excluded Taiwan from full and effective membership in several international organizations; and

Page 2, Line 23Police Organization, the International Civil Aviation Organization, and
Page 2, Line 24the Indo-Pacific Economic Framework for Prosperity launched by the United States; now, therefore,
