After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-067 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee on Appropriations with favorable recommendation:
Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 2, strike lines 12 through 18 and substitute:
Page 1, Line 2"(c) "Dependent" means a child, including adopted children,
Page 1, Line 3stepchildren, foster children, a child who was claimed, or an
Page 1, Line 4unborn child who could be claimed as a dependent by a qualified
