After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1078 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:
Page 1, Line 1Amend reengrossed bill, page 2, line 4, strike "Exclusions." and
Page 1, Line 2substitute "Exclusions - limitation.".
Page 1, Line 3Page 2, line 5, strike "(1)" and substitute "(1) (a)".
Page 1, Line 4Page 2, after line 11 insert:
Page 1, Line 5"(b) After July 1, 2028, additional courses that are
Page 1, Line 6eligible pursuant to this section for participation in concurrent

Page 1, Line 19to allow additional courses to be approved pursuant to this
