After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1234 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 18this section or by section 19-1-303 unless otherwise authorized
Page 1, Line 19by the law of this state. A county department is not liable for
Page 1, Line 20the redisclosure made by a person following the county
Page 1, Line 21department's lawful release of a report or record of child
Page 1, Line 22abuse or neglect.".
