After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:

Page 1, Line 9(b) The general fund appropriation for the legislative council is
Page 1, Line 10decreased by $161,162, and the related FTE is decreased by 1.9 FTE; and
Page 1, Line 11(c) The general fund appropriation for the committee on legal
Page 1, Line 12services is decreased by $108,336, and the related FTE is decreased by
Page 1, Line 131.4 FTE.
Page 1, Line 14(2) Subsection (1) of this section does not require a reduction of
Page 1, Line 15an appropriation in House Bill 26-1333 for the 2026-27 state fiscal year
