After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1126 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 23(b) A dealer shall submit a comprehensive security plan
Page 1, Line 24to the department that demonstrates the security measures
Page 1, Line 25that the dealer will implement to comply with the rules adopted
Page 2, Line 1pursuant to this subsection (2.5). The department may provide
Page 2, Line 2feedback to a dealer on a submitted plan. If a dealer updates its
Page 2, Line 3plan at any time, the dealer shall submit the updated plan to the
Page 2, Line 4department.".
