After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:

HB26-1145   be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 2, line 3, strike "(13)" and substitute "(13); and
