After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-117 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 22allows an individual to play a game of chance in which prizes are
Page 1, Line 23awarded on the basis of designated numbers or symbols on the
