After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1081 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 22system operator shall identify in the utility's filing the section
Page 1, Line 23of each analysis that addresses the requirements of the
Page 1, Line 24advanced transmission technologies evaluation set forth in
Page 2, Line 1subsection (6)(d) of this section and the relevance of the
Page 2, Line 2analysis to those requirements.
