Senate Bill 25-260

Concerning the repeal of the "Colorado Household Financial Recovery Pilot Program Act".

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the State of Colorado:

SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, 24-36-306, add (5) as follows:

24-36-306.  Colorado household financial recovery pilot program fund - created - transfers - gifts, grants, and donations authorized. (5)  On June 30, 2025, the state treasurer shall transfer the balance of the fund to the general fund.

SECTION 2.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, add 24-36-307 as follows:

24-36-307.  Repeal of part.This part 3 is repealed, effective July 1, 2025.

SECTION 3.  Safety clause. The general assembly finds, determines, and declares that this act is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, or safety or for appropriations for the support and maintenance of the departments of the state and state institutions.
