Joint Budget Committee. The bill repeals the recovery-friendly workplace program in the center for health, work, and environment at the Colorado school of public health.

Page 2, Line 2SECTION 1. In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal part 3 of article 20 of title 23.
Page 2, Line 3SECTION 2. In Colorado Revised Statutes, 23-18-308, amend (1)(l) and (1)(m); and repeal (1)(n) as follows:
Page 2, Line 423-18-308. Fee-for-service contracts - grants to local district
Page 2, Line 5colleges - limited purpose - repeal. (1) Subject to available
Page 2, Line 6appropriations, the department shall enter into fee-for-service contracts for the following purposes:
Page 2, Line 7(l) The Colorado multidisciplinary health-care provider access training program created in section 23-21-1103; and
Page 2, Line 8(m) The creation of education programs pursuant to
section 8-15.7-201; section 8-15.7-201.Page 2, Line 9(n)
The recovery-friendly workplace program created in part 3 ofPage 2, Line 10
article 20 of this title 23. This subsection (1)(n) is repealed, effective September 1, 2028.Page 2, Line 11SECTION 3. Appropriation - adjustments to 2025 long bill.
Page 2, Line 12(1) To implement this act, appropriations made in the annual general
Page 2, Line 13appropriation act for the 2025-26 state fiscal year to the department of higher education are adjusted as follows:

Page 2, Line 15fund program to be used for limited purpose fee-for-service contracts with state institutions is decreased by $412,577; and
Page 2, Line 16(b) The reappropriated funds received from the limited purpose
Page 2, Line 17fee-for-service contracts with state institutions under subsection (1)(a) of
Page 2, Line 18this section for the regents of the university of Colorado is decreased by
Page 2, Line 19$412,577, and the related FTE is decreased by 1.5 FTE.
SECTION 4. Effective date. This act takes effect July 1, 2025.
