After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-034 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 2Page 3, line 11, strike "(1)(d)(I)" and substitute "(1)(d)(I), and (2)".

Page 1, Line 19disclosure of relevant interests, and designate a final
Page 1, Line 20decision-making authority to determine when recusal is
Page 1, Line 21required. The Auraria board shall ensure that the bylaws and
Page 1, Line 22policies provide consistent, fair, and transparent standards for
Page 1, Line 23recusal determinations.".
