Page 3, Line 36session, they may be paid at the rate specified in this resolution from the
Page 3, Line 37date they are authorized to start.

Page 3, Line 40Secretary of the Senate remain in such capacity after adjournment of the
Page 3, Line 41General Assembly sine die until the convening of the First Regular
Page 3, Line 42Session of the Seventy-sixth General Assembly in January 2027.

Page 4, Line 2(3) That the Chair of the House Services Committee, with the
Page 4, Line 3authorization of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the
Page 4, Line 4President of the Senate are hereby separately authorized to retain and hire
Page 4, Line 5replacements for employees referred to in subsection (1) of this resolution
Page 4, Line 6for such period of time in the interim between the Second Regular
Page 4, Line 7Session of the Seventy-fifth General Assembly and the First Regular
Page 4, Line 8Session of the Seventy-sixth General Assembly as they deem necessary
Page 4, Line 9for their respective houses.

Page 4, Line 11(4) That the Chair of the House Services Committee, with the
Page 4, Line 12authorization of the Speaker of the House of Representatives, and the
Page 4, Line 13President of the Senate are hereby separately authorized to hire such
Page 4, Line 14session-only employees for the next regular session as they deem
Page 4, Line 15necessary for their respective houses and who may start their employment
Page 4, Line 16on the date authorized.
