Sunset Process - Senate Transportation and Energy Committee. The sunset law requires that new advisory committees and task forces be repealed and undergo a review before the repeal. Under this law, the towing task force is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2025. The bill repeals this scheduled repeal, thereby continuing the towing task force indefinitely.
