After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
SB26-126 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation and with a recommendation that it be placed on the consent calendar:
Page 1, Line 1Amend printed bill, page 3, strike lines 12 through 20 and substitute:
Page 1, Line 2"(I) Holds an unencumbered eligible license issued by an
Page 1, Line 3interstate teacher mobility compact state that is equivalent to
Page 1, Line 4an eligible license in Colorado;".

Page 1, Line 6"(e) This subsection (6) will be repealed if the department
Page 1, Line 7begins issuing licenses pursuant to the "Interstate Teacher
Page 1, Line 8Mobility Compact", established in part 44 of article 60 of title
