After consideration on the merits, the Committee recommends the following:
HB26-1244 be amended as follows, and as so amended, be referred to the Committee of the Whole with favorable recommendation:

Page 1, Line 22federal "Social Security Act", as amended. "Departments" means the
Page 1, Line 23department of public health and environment and the
Page 1, Line 24department of health care policy and financing.
Page 1, Line 25(d) "Federal regulations for participation" means the
