Sunset Process - Senate Business, Labor, and Technology Committee. The bill implements the recommendation of the department of regulatory agencies in its sunset review and report on the just transition advisory committee (advisory committee) to continue the advisory committee. The advisory committee is scheduled to repeal on September 1, 2025, but the bill continues the advisory committee indefinitely.
