Joint Budget Committee. The bill repeals the sixth through twelfth grade mental health screening act that was enacted in 2023. The bill reduces an appropriation.

Page 2, Line 14(c) The appropriation for paid family medical leave insurance is decreased by $936;
Page 2, Line 15(d) The appropriation for unfunded liability amortization equalization disbursement payments is decreased by $20,798;
Page 2, Line 16(e) The appropriation for use by the behavioral health
Page 3, Line 1administration for program administration is decreased by $260,978, and the related FTE is decreased by 3.0 FTE; and
Page 3, Line 2(f) The appropriation for use by the behavioral health
