Page 2, Line 3has developed additions, modifications, and deletions to the Drinking Water Project Eligibility List; and

Page 2, Line 5WHEREAS, Pursuant to section 37-95-107.6, Colorado Revised
Page 2, Line 6Statutes, the Water Pollution Control Revolving Fund (WPCRF) was
Page 2, Line 7created and exists in the Authority to provide financial assistance for certain wastewater treatment system projects; and

Page 2, Line 9WHEREAS, Pursuant to sections 37-95-103 (13.5) and
Page 2, Line 1037-95-107.6 (4)(c), Colorado Revised Statutes, in order to qualify for
Page 2, Line 11assistance from the WPCRF, proposed projects must be included on the Water Pollution Control Project Eligibility List; and

Page 2, Line 17WHEREAS, The provision of financial assistance from the DWRF

Page 2, Line 19and develop the water resources of the state; promote the beneficial use

Page 2, Line 21health, safety, and welfare; create and preserve jobs and employment
Page 2, Line 22opportunities; and improve the economic welfare of the people of the state; and
