Joint Budget Committee. The bill repeals proficiency tests administered by school districts. The bill reduces the cash fund appropriation to the department of education for use by career pathways for basic skills placement or assessment tests by $50,000.

• SECTION 1.  In Colorado Revised Statutes, repeal 22-32-109.5.

• Page 2, Line 922-30.5-117 and 22-30.5-526 respectively, to students enrolled in grades

• Page 2, Line 11costs incurred in administering each of the test units only once per student while the student is enrolled in grades nine through twelve.

• Page 3, Line 3intervention plan created for the student pursuant to those sections, and the student's progress in meeting the intervention plan;
