All -thanks for the comments and help.  We have narrowed this down to the most critical part and that is listed here -- the plan would be to send this on behalf of its signers.  I have listed those that I believe have said they want to sign on.  We need to have a 1 pm deadline to get this out.

To the BCC:

In all the power dynamics of the employees here in the County, those of us at the top of that structure have the most responsibility to raise our voice.  We respectfully call on you to condemn the comments of any commissioner who works against equity and inclusion of all of our residents, and to prioritize education and re-commitment of the current Board of Commissioners to the County’s policies on anti-racism and anti-white supremacy immediately.  We believe Mr. Shull should immediately resign his position.
