This Privacy Policy outlines the privacy practices we follow as you download or use the Next Force Technology mobile applications, web sites, software, and other services we provide. We refer to our mobile applications, web sites, software and other services together as the "Services" in this Privacy Policy.
How do We Collect and Use Information About You?
If you access or use any of our Services we will collect and use personal information about you. For example, we may collect your name, mobile telephone number, birthday, and photographs. We may collect information about your skills and knowledge. We may also collect information about your current and past employers such as names, addresses, telephone numbers, manager names, wage information and work history. If you are an employer using the Services, in addition to the above information we may collect about you, we may collect and use information about your current and past employees. This information could include names, telephone numbers, birthdays, photographs, and work history.
As you use the Services, we will collect and use information concerning any transaction you make using the Services. We may collect the dates and times of your uses of the Services, information about how you use the Services, and the type of devices and operating systems you are using to access the Services.
Mobile devices and other devices that you use to access the Services may have a unique ID that we will collect from you and save on our servers for future use. We may also collect your hardware model, operating system and version, software and file names and versions, preferred language, serial number, and mobile network information.
We use the information we collect from you to perform the Services, to contact you, and to provide customer services. We use the information to research and track our users’ use of the Services. We also use the information to administer our Services and to improve our Services’ offerings. We may provide the information we collect from you to employers to help them analyze their use of the Services and to assist them in their businesses.

Who Collects Information About You?
In addition to our collection of the information listed above, others may also collect your information as you use our Services:
Service Providers: We use third party service providers to operate the Services (for example, to send account and notification messages, provide in-app customer support, and monitor app stability and crashes). These providers process information only to perform services on our behalf.
Internet Service Providers and Telephone Companies: if you use any of our applications through your mobile device or telephone, or other device or computer, your internet service provider, or your telephone company or communications carrier may have access to any information you access or view or that is sent over your mobile device or telephone. We have no control over how they may use your information.
Who do We Share Your Information With?
We may share your information, including your personal information, with your employers, potential employers, employees, other users of the Services, and third parties who provide services to us. Those third parties may include service providers and contractors who process information on our behalf to operate the Services. Where we believe it to be appropriate (in our sole discretion), we will ask them not to disclose or use your personal information for purposes other than to provide services to us or to you.
We may share information, including personal information, concerning our users and their use of the Services with your employer and with the service providers described above. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers or for third-party advertising or marketing purposes.
We may disclose personal information about you to the government if we are required to do so or if we think the disclosure is appropriate; and you authorize these disclosures. We may also disclose data about you in connection with actual or potential lawsuits (a) if we are required to do so, (b) if such disclosures may potentially mitigate our liability, or (c) to enforce our rights.

You may access and correct your account information at any time by logging into your account. If you wish, you may cancel your account at any time. Please note we may retain certain information about you to keep a record of our past customers and transactions, for record keeping purposes and other legitimate business purposes.
We send messages related to your account and your use of the Services, such as verification codes, notifications, and announcements from your employer. You can manage notification preferences in the app settings.
Account Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information at any time. Upon verifying your request, we will delete your account and the personal information we hold about you, including your name, phone number, profile photo, and message history. We may retain a limited subset of information where required for legal, security, or legitimate business purposes (for example, records we are legally obligated to keep), and information that has been shared with your employer may be retained by that employer under their own policies. We will complete verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Sale of the Company
We reserve the right to disclose your information, including your personal information, in the event that we are sold, in whole or in part, either as an entire corporate entity or through an asset sale that includes a customer information database. This right is reserved whether or not the customer database is sold independently of any continuing operations of our company.
