ઉપરોક્ત સ્પર્ધામાં ભાગ લેવા માટે ફોર્મમાં આપેલ QR Code દ્વારા Online ફોર્મ ભરવાનું રહેશે તેમજ સ્પર્ધાની એન્ટ્રી ફી પણ Online ભરવાની રહેશે.
જે કોઈને Online ફોર્મ ભરતા ન ફાવતું હોય તો તેમણે સંસ્થાની વેબસાઈટ www.vagad.org ઉપરથી ફોર્મ Download કરી વિગતવાર ભરી એન્ટ્રી ફી સાથે ફક્ત સંસ્થાની ઓફિસે ફોર્મ જમા કરાવવાનું રહેશે. અન્ય કોઈ સેન્ટર પર ફોર્મ સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે નહીં.

2) The decision of the referee and committee will be final and binding to all.
3) Some games from the above may be cancelled if permission not given.
