The surface has been repainted fairly recently though the underlying cracks in the courts were only patched. The Apple Maps photo is not up to date. The nets are not in good shape and were a bit saggy but if you had a net adjustment tool, you could probably fix them. They were better than what had been expected but just good enough. If you need to play in this area, Denny Park is a better option though this could serve as a fallback if those courts are both in use.
