This court is better than expected.  It looks like it had been redone not too long ago though the nets, though new, are the a tad low and have no center anchor strap. Well set, nice facilities, and the court would be ok. This court is very close by to Bellevue Memorial Park so if you go here and the courts are occupied, you could use those instead as they are no worse than Seminary.
