Courts are starting to settle and crack and slope. Damage varies by court with some with very little settling and some a fair amount. Bathroom and water facilities can be accessed via baseball restroom or via the stadium. Baseball restrooms only open when the athletic fields are in use though the stadium is open during the day. Don't plan on those being available.

Also, because it is a school, court access is restricted during school hours.
